Summary

Join Sutherland as a Change Management Lead and oversee the successful execution of change management strategies. Lead and coordinate the change management team, guiding senior leadership to ensure effective implementation of large-scale changes. Design, manage, execute, and evaluate the change process to maximize employee adoption and achieve organizational objectives. The role involves developing leadership and strategy, planning and executing change management, managing stakeholders, and providing communication and training. You will also manage risks and resistance, measure and evaluate results, and support continuous improvement and team development. This position is within the Consulting Services team.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, organizational development, human resources, or a related field
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in change management, organizational development, or project management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
  • Multi / Bi lingual - (English & French / Spanish)
  • Extensive experience in leading large-scale organizational change initiatives
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, etc.) and their application in real-world scenarios
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
