Summary
Join LogicMonitor as a Channel Account Manager and drive channel-originated business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing channel strategies, identifying potential partners, building and maintaining sales pipelines, and exceeding revenue quotas. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams. You will work closely with National Partner Managers and engage with partner sales leaders to enable partner sellers and facilitate deal closures. Success will be measured by regional metrics, theatre goals, and channel goals. This remote position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of direct selling experience
- 5+ years channel management experience
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales and channel sales targets within the Observability or related technology industries
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Ownership and responsibility for the channel strategy in the assigned territory
- Work cross-functionally with Sales/Marketing/Product and others to develop a regional channel sales plan
- Work alongside the National Partner Managers who own the responsibility of Strategic Partner Plans
- Identify strong potential partners to add to LogicMonitor’s growing partnership network
- Actively network and call into those potential partners to drive channel originated pipeline velocity and deal progression to the closure
- Build and maintain pipeline of business through partnership channels in order to exceed revenue quotas
- Engage with partner sales leaders and partnership managers, enable partner sellers to deliver the LogicMonitor pitch, manage partner pipeline and top of funnel activities, pair partner sellers with LogicMonitor sellers, and facilitate closing deals through partners
- Measured on Regional metrics, Theatre Goals, Channel Goals
- Provide accurate channel sales forecasts to the business on a weekly basis
