Summary

Join Nozomi Networks as an Inside Channel Account Manager for APAC, a 6-month contract role focused on developing and nurturing channel partners. You will build strong relationships, conduct regular partner meetings, provide sales forecasts, and assist partners in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include providing product information, training, and support; collaborating with marketing; offering pre-sales support; identifying growth opportunities; and developing joint business plans. You will monitor partner performance, serve as the primary point of contact, coordinate with internal teams, and facilitate training sessions. The role also involves tracking and reporting on performance metrics, analyzing sales data, and reporting to the Channel Sales Director. Success requires fluency in Mandarin or Korean and proven sales experience in technology software or information security.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin or Korean
  • Proven sales experience in technology software or information security
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through channel partners
  • SFDC, Impartner, Clari or equivalent systems experience
  • Ability to work effectively as a remote employee
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with partners, colleagues and customers on a daily basis
  • Willingness to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
  • Conduct regular meetings with partners to discuss performance, provide updates, and address any issues
  • Provide forecasts to management on deals and bookings expected
  • Assist channel partners in achieving their sales targets by providing product information, training, and support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver sales enablement materials and campaigns tailored to channel partners
  • Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations and technical assistance
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the partner network and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Work with partners to develop joint business plans and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure partners have the resources they need
  • Facilitate regular training sessions and webinars for partners to keep them informed about new products and updates

  • Provide regular reports to the Channel Sales Director on partner activities and performance
