Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English, French or Spanish
- Proven sales experience in technology software or information security
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through channel partners
- SFDC, Impartner, Clari or equivalent systems experience
- Ability to work effectively as a remote employee
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with partners, colleagues and customers on a daily basis
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelorโs degree or Masterโs degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
- Conduct regular meetings with partners to discuss performance, provide updates, and address any issues
- Provide forecasts to management on deals and bookings expected
- Assist channel partners in achieving their sales targets by providing product information, training, and support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver sales enablement materials and campaigns tailored to channel partners
- Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations and technical assistance
- Identify opportunities for growth within the partner network and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
- Work with partners to develop joint business plans and marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure partners have the resources they need
- Facilitate regular training sessions and webinars for partners to keep them informed about new products and updates
- Track and report on channel partner performance metrics
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports to the Channel Sales Director on partner activities and performance
