Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel partner management, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective channel partner programs

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel partner strategy specific to West India, aligned with the company's business objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners in the specified region to expand CloudSEK's market presence
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners in West India
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans, set targets, and drive mutual success
  • Provide training and support to channel partners in the specified region to ensure a deep understanding of CloudSEK's products and solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to enable partners to effectively sell and market CloudSEK's cybersecurity offerings
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partners in West India and regularly assess their performance against set targets
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of channel partner performance in the specified region to senior leadership
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics in West India to identify new opportunities for collaboration
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for optimizing channel partner programs in the specified region
