Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, leading complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of distilling complex information for diverse audiences
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment while managing change effectively
  • Comfortable operating in both technical and non-technical environments

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather insights and ensure program alignment and success
  • Maintain program momentum by keeping all workstreams on track and ensuring that milestones are met
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks, adjusting plans as needed to keep the program moving forward
  • Regularly communicate program updates, risks, and achievements to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Provide analytical support, gathering data to inform decision-making and continuous program improvement
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and improve program outcomes through a curious and solution-driven mindset
