Summary

Join Jellyvision as an Account Manager and contribute to our mission of improving lives through benefits education. You will support a portfolio of approximately 250 customers and their partners, focusing on customer retention and maximizing their use of the ALEX platform. This quota-carrying role involves collaborating with partners, identifying opportunities for growth, and guiding customers through renewals. Success will be measured by retention rates, upsells, and meeting targets. The position is remote and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

3+ years of successful experience in B2B sales

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge on customer success and growth strategies for your book of customers
  • Collaborate with reseller or broker partner and provide input on customer strategy
  • Identify features prime for customer adoption and spearhead that effort
  • Qualify intent with regard to annual renewals
  • Communicate in lockstep with customers and partners
  • Lead certain milestone calls (e.g., license kickoff, marketing support)
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and sales support
  • Sell to accounts with growth opportunities
  • Run ALEX demos and pitches with consultative question asking
  • Guide customers through marketing strategies and analytics analysis
  • Collaborate with the customer’s implementation/reseller/broker partner to strengthen the customer relationship
  • Uncover opportunities with partners to refer new business to other sales team
  • Respond to ad-hoc customer questions regarding marketing initiatives, analytics support, and general inquiries
  • Create and maintain a stellar organization system for yourself and your team
  • Listen and analyze customer calls to share best practices across the broader team
  • Report to designated manager to strategize more effective and creative touchpoints
  • Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, group inbox system (Front App), Office 365, G Suite, Looker, LinkedIn Sales Navigator with proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a salesperson at a brokerage firm or insurance carrier
  • An understanding of the employee benefits landscape and current market trends
  • A background in business development, SaaS, or HR tech

Benefits

  • Remote Location
  • Starting Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
  • Additional Compensation: $30,000 variable
