Requirements

• Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with strategic channel partners, driving upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
• Demonstrated success in executing joint business plans with partners, aligning initiatives to achieve shared goals
• Strong track record of leading partnership programs and initiatives, delivering measurable business outcomes
• Extensive experience collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations) to ensure alignment and successful program execution
• Expertise in monitoring and reporting on partnership performance, leveraging data-driven insights to inform leadership and drive growth
• Skilled in proactively resolving partner inquiries and escalations, maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners, building and nurturing strong relationships at all levels of their organization
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and maximize the value of partnerships through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
• Work with strategic partners to develop and execute joint business plans that align with mutual goals and objectives
• Engage with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives
• Lead the execution of strategic partnership programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with objectives and deliver measurable results
• Proactively address partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations by collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure partner satisfaction
• Monitor partnership performance against key metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
