Requirements

  • Proven experience in reseller management, business development, or sales, preferably within B2C hardware or niche markets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a knack for building and nurturing professional relationships
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to establish scalable processes from scratch
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on follow-through and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and driving initiatives with minimal supervision
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a strong alignment to NGRAVE’s mission and vision

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential reseller partners who align with NGRAVE’s brand and market goals
  • Initiate contact and develop strong relationships with resellers, showcasing NGRAVE’s product value propositions
  • Negotiate reseller agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with business objectives
  • Design and implement processes to manage reseller partnerships effectively, including onboarding, training, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to provide resellers with the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Monitor reseller performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for growth
  • Stay informed about industry trends, reseller strategies, and competitive activities to refine NGRAVE’s approach continuously

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the dynamics of ecommerce and third-party reseller platforms is a plus
