Summary

Join Bitwarden as a dynamic and motivated MSP Channel Manager to foster partnerships with Bitwarden MSP partners, achieving assigned quotas, managing lead flow, closing deals, recruiting partners, and developing geographical go-to-market plans. Initially, this full-time contractor role will focus on achieving sales targets and managing partner relationships. The position involves strategic planning, partner enablement, CRM maintenance, and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in partner development, sales, or channel management, along with strong relationship-building skills and experience with Global and Regional MSPs. Requirements

  • Consistent results in a quota-based role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner development, sales, or channel management
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with resellers
  • Experience working with Global and Regional MSPs
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and recruit new partners via outbound outreach and timely follow-up on inbound leads
  • Manage partner relationships, coordinate sales and marketing efforts, and ensure satisfaction through ongoing communication and support
  • Support strategic planning and enablement to grow partner capability, adoption, and revenue. Educate partners on platform enhancements and upsell opportunities
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines and commitments
  • Maintain a regional partner plan mapping partner strengths (customer relationships, vertical focus, technology specialty) to accounts and target opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing to deliver marketing events/programs/campaigns that create interest and awareness among partners’ customers. Build and execute joint partner business plans with measurable success
  • Set financial goals for focus partners and ensure goal achievement
  • Drive multiple key channel initiatives in parallel across technical, professional services, and sales

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in both English and German is preferred
