The Chief Architect at Analog will provide technical direction, lead engineering teams, and ensure alignment with product goals. They will be responsible for overseeing execution plans, making critical decisions, mentoring team members, and staying abreast of industry standards. The candidate should have experience in blockchain architecture, smart contract development, and proven leadership skills.

• Proven knowledge of Layer 1 (base blockchain layer) and Layer 2 (scaling solutions like rollups or sidechains) technologies
• Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and auditing smart contracts across various blockchain platforms

• Ensure technical strategies are aligned with product goals
• Lead execution effort plan, addressing technical challenges
• Possess the authority to make critical decisions on technical execution plans
• Actively participate in feature building and product development
• Offer mentorship and guidance, cultivating a culture of innovation and technical excellence
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to integrate with technical engineering objectives with company-wide goals
• Concisely articulate complex technical requirements to cross-functional teams and maintain clear, detailed architectural documentation for internal and external clarity
• Contribute in crafting and implementing Customer-centric solutions
• Serve as a reliable technical consultant for both customers and the internal sales team
• Contribute to, mentor, and review product change proposals
• Analyze the current architecture, suggesting and implementing enhancements
