Join Red Sky, a startup studio with 19 years of experience, as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of a new AI assistant startup. You will play a pivotal role in building the startup from the ground up, integrating marketing and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This unique venture-building model offers commercial leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence opportunities. Red Sky leads the recruitment process. The role offers a fixed remuneration of at least 17,000 PLN net B2B + VAT, plus a performance-based variable bonus. You'll receive support from an experienced startup studio and have access to exclusive knowledge and collaboration with experts.
Requirements
- Proven track record: At least 5 years of leadership experience
- Experience in startups
- Demonstrated success in integrating marketing and sales functions in a commercial leadership role
- Strong experience in IT or AI-focused sectors
- Exceptional business development and networking skills
- Deep understanding of technology trends and market dynamics
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving innovation and growth
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a unified sales and marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through partnerships, direct sales, and customer engagement
- Build and manage a high-performing team across sales and marketing functions
- Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with market demands and customer needs
- Oversee business development efforts, including lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions
- Develop robust processes for customer onboarding, retention, and satisfaction
- Act as a key ambassador of the brand at events, partnerships, and media engagements
