Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B Enterprise Software Tools space
- Demonstrated skills in a startup leadership capacity
- Experience with early stage customer acquisition, going from 0 or 1, land and expand, inside sales GTM motions
- Ability to think strategically and the foresight to think about problems ahead of time
- Experience leading customer outreach, understanding market needs, and driving the company towards product market fit
- Successful fundraising experience
- Demonstrated ability to kick start, grow and scale sales and business development efforts for B2B SaaS and On-Prem products
- Experience managing distributor teams and people strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead company operations
- Financial and organizational management
- Overall growth strategy and milestones (e.g. product launch, customer acquisition and revenue)
- Go-to-market and overall strategy for Botkube
- Work closely with Dmitry to ensure the company is delivering on critical milestones for the next round of funding
- Ensure Botkube reaches product market fit and focuses on getting referenceable customers, scale the business and own sales and marketing
- Develop fundraising strategy and investor relationships
