Requirements

  • Proven track record in selling solutions directly to business partners, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, customer pain points, and procurement processes
  • Autonomy and creativity in developing business relationships and strategies
  • Exceptional networking and business development skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about fostering growth and innovation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup setting
  • Proficiency in Polish and English

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and innovation
  • Stimulate revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
  • Build and nurture strong relationships within the industry to foster collaboration and business opportunities
  • Co-create a high-caliber team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
  • Support the development of products, ensuring they meet diverse market needs and engage a wide user base
  • Oversee financial management of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards across different sectors
  • Utilize the latest market insights to propel company growth and success
