The role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of sales cycles, and exceptional networking skills. Red Sky offers a fixed remuneration, performance-based bonuses, stock options, and support from an experienced startup studio.
Requirements
- Proven track record in selling solutions directly to business partners, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, customer pain points, and procurement processes
- Autonomy and creativity in developing business relationships and strategies
- Exceptional networking and business development skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about fostering growth and innovation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup setting
- Proficiency in Polish and English
Responsibilities
- Craft and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and innovation
- Stimulate revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
- Build and nurture strong relationships within the industry to foster collaboration and business opportunities
- Co-create a high-caliber team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Support the development of products, ensuring they meet diverse market needs and engage a wide user base
- Oversee financial management of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards across different sectors
- Utilize the latest market insights to propel company growth and success
