Join Smartcat as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and lead the revenue strategy and execution for a fast-scaling global Agentic AI platform. Scale Smartcat to $500M+ ARR in five years, transforming how large enterprises scale globally and shaping the future of human-AI collaboration. Contribute to defining company strategy and OKRs, ensuring the company meets ARR goals and maintains over 100% YoY ARR growth. Develop strategic outbound selling and expansion capabilities, build a highly effective AI-powered revenue organization, and collaborate with product and marketing to refine GTM strategies. This is a fully remote role within a global, high-growth company.

Requirements

  • Proven success as a CRO or senior revenue leader in a high-growth AI-first or AI-powered enterprise software company from a growth stage ($10-30M) to $100M+ ARR
  • Deep understanding and successful experience of upgrading sales processes and culture from transactional to strategic selling to high-level stakeholders in large enterprises
  • A strong track record in building and leading world-class Sales, CS, SE and RevOps teams on a global basis
  • Strong interest and personal enthusiasm for how AI can boost the productivity and effectiveness of customer-facing teams, with an aspiration to build an AI-powered blueprint for a revenue organization that is 5โ€“10x more productive than what was previously possible
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, scaling 100%+ YoY

Responsibilities

  • Gain deep knowledge of Smartcatโ€™s product, customers, go-to-market strategy and revenue operations
  • Align with the executive team on the go-to-market priorities and OKRs
  • Assess current revenue strategies and identify quick wins for immediate impact
  • Develop a data-driven revenue strategy focused on scaling enterprise adoption
  • Strengthen alignment and efficient collaboration between Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement. As well as cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Product
  • Suggest ideas and approaches to optimize sales processes, pricing and go-to-market motions to accelerate ARR growth
  • Drive a high-performance, revenue-driven culture across all customer-facing teams
  • Suggest a plan to accelerate transformation of Smartcatโ€™s sales organization into the most effective AI-powered revenue organization in the world (as measured by net new ARR per an AE)
  • Establish key metrics and reporting structures for continuous improvement and optimization
