Join Red Sky, a startup studio with 20 years of experience in IT technology and product innovation, as a Founder for a new AI-powered sales automation platform. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a startup from scratch, with support from Red Sky's experienced team. You will define and execute the strategic vision for the platform, lead the product and go-to-market strategy, oversee development, collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams, build a strong sales function, forge strategic partnerships, engage with early adopters, and ensure a data-driven approach across all business areas. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a software house, SaaS company, or AI-driven sales environment, a proven track record in driving sales growth, a strong understanding of AI-driven automation, experience in developing go-to-market strategies, and excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a software house, SaaS company, or AI-driven sales environment
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing B2B sales processes, with a focus on technology solutions
- Strong understanding of AI-driven automation and its application in sales processes
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for tech products
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align product development with sales goals
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and AI-based sales platforms
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for an AI-powered sales automation platform
- Lead the product and go-to-market strategy, positioning the platform as a leader in AI-driven sales enablement and automation
- Oversee the platform's end-to-end development, ensuring it meets user needs in customer discovery, engagement, pipeline management, and deal closing
- Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge features in natural language processing, predictive analytics, and smart CRMs
- Build a strong sales function internally while offering insights into how sales automation reduces acquisition cost and increases rep efficiency
- Forge strategic partnerships to expand reach and integration potential
- Engage directly with early adopters and key accounts to collect feedback, validate assumptions, and steer continuous product iteration
- Ensure a data-driven approach across all business areas: KPIs, product-market fit, LTV/CAC optimization, and customer success metrics
