Requirements

• CPA certification or equivalent
• 7+ years of financial management experience, with 3+ years in a Controller role
• Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial systems
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar tools
• Proven track record of process improvement in high-growth environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Develop scalable financial systems and robust internal controls
• Streamline workflows for accounts receivable and payable
• Provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making
• Align financial forecasting with long-term growth strategies
• Manage external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners
