Summary

The job description is for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position at FNA, a company specializing in advanced network analytics and simulation. Requirements

• Proven track record as a CFO or Finance Director scaling a SaaS company from £5M in ARR and beyond
• Fluent in SaaS financials and metrics and comfortable leading board interactions
• Able to drive strategy but maintains a ‘hands-on’ approach
• Strong financial modeling background with a fluent understanding of R&D and Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) nuances
• Thrives in small teams with frequently changing priorities and operates with a sense of urgency
• An excellent communicator, spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Executing the company's financial strategy
• Lead strategic investment decisions and fundraising
• Identification and assessment of potential M&A transactions and group structures
• Implement and monitor SaaS metrics and KPIs to understand the performance and overall health of the business
• Responsible for the finance function ensuring appropriate standards are maintained with accurate and timely financial reporting
• Monitor and oversee financial budgets, cost control, forecasting, analysis, performance and investor reporting
• Build efficiencies into all the groups operations and champion to improve systems, processes and workflows to achieve growth at scale
• Ensure validity of key SaaS and operating metrics from sales, client success, marketing, engineering and product
• Help ensure compliance with regulations, laws and corporate policies in all jurisdictions where FNA operates
• Coordinate the preparation of board meetings and serve as Board of Directors Secretary
