Requirements
- 15+ years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a VP or CMO role at a B2B services, consulting, or technology company
- Experience in category creation and thought leadership, successfully positioning a company as a dominant player in its space
- A proven track record in scaling demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact through marketing
- Deep expertise in enterprise B2B marketing, ABM, and sales enablement—especially in complex, high-value deal environments
- Strong executive presence and board-level communication skills, with the ability to influence leadership, investors, and enterprise buyers
- A storied history of mentoring and developing marketing leaders, fostering a high-performance, scalable marketing function
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with KUNGFU.AI’s growth objectives and revenue goals
- Partner with the leadership team to position marketing as a core growth driver and elevate its strategic importance in business decisions
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including hiring key roles and mentoring existing leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights on market positioning, customer acquisition, and category trends
- Establish KUNGFU.AI as the leading AI consulting firm through thought leadership, content strategy, and strategic communications
- Develop and execute category creation initiatives that differentiate KUNGFU.AI in the AI services market
- Expand the company’s presence at key industry events, conferences, and media outlets to build market authority
- Build relationships with industry analysts, media, and influencers to solidify KUNGFU.AI’s market position
- Own pipeline generation, developing multi-channel demand generation programs that drive revenue and sales enablement
- Optimize and scale ABM (Account-Based Marketing), SEO, paid media, email marketing, and content-driven lead generation
- Leverage AI-driven marketing technologies to enhance targeting, personalization, and conversion rates
- Define and track key marketing performance metrics (ROI, attribution, pipeline impact) with a focus on measurable growth
- Develop and refine marketing strategies that support enterprise and mid-market sales cycles. Work closely with sales to align on messaging and execution
- Build a sales enablement function that equips client partners with high-impact content, case studies, and messaging frameworks
- Strengthen partner marketing and strategic alliances, expanding the firm’s market reach through co-branded campaigns and ecosystem partnerships
- Advocate for resources required to achieve outlined marketing KPIs
- Act as a mentor and coach to the existing marketing team
- Create an environment that fosters innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making in marketing execution
- Lead by example, ensuring a collaborative and growth-oriented culture within the marketing organization
