Summary

Join our client, a fast-growing offshore contact center partner, as their new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)! In this fully remote role (with required US travel for conferences), you will define and own the end-to-end marketing strategy, build a compelling brand identity, and lead all creative and content initiatives. You will manage agency partnerships, build a high-performing marketing team, and drive demand from enterprise clients. Success in this role requires a proven track record of building B2B brands in the US market and experience marketing high-ticket services. You must be comfortable setting strategy and building teams from scratch, and known for delivering real business results.

Requirements

  • Be a visionary leader with a proven track record of building or repositioning B2B brands in the U.S. market
  • Have experience in marketing high-ticket B2B services—especially to skeptical or trust-sensitive buyers
  • Be comfortable setting strategy without a playbook, and energized by building teams, processes, and systems from scratch
  • Be deeply familiar with managing external agencies across paid media, SEO, and creative
  • Be known for delivering real business results through marketing, not just impressions
  • Be able to travel for conferences and key brand moments, acting as a public face of the company when needed

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the end-to-end marketing strategy to build brand awareness, credibility, and authority in the B2B U.S. market
  • Develop a compelling brand identity and messaging framework that resonates with VPs and C-level execs, especially those wary of offshore partners
  • Lead and oversee all brand, creative, SEO, and content initiatives that help drive inbound interest and trust
  • Select, manage, and hold accountable best-in-class creative, paid, and content agencies
  • Position the brand so when we show up at events, everyone already knows—and respects—the name
  • Hire and develop a high-performing marketing team from the ground up
  • Design campaigns that influence decision-makers at $100M+ companies, across industries
  • Own the marketing budget and marketing KPIs—ensuring every dollar spent has a measurable impact on their reputation and pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in outsourcing, offshore staffing, or contact centers
  • Have a history of marketing to COOs, VPs of Customer Experience, or Operations leaders
  • Have a blend of brand-building instincts and data-driven decision-making
