Responsibilities

  • Assist the Founder in developing and executing strategic initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to drive organizational goals
  • Managing Up: You are the wrangler of our c-suite leadership team, especially our founder. You will oversee scheduling, travel booking, dynamic deliverables, support deck and presentation development, and be completely comfortable with ad hoc requests
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage key projects from inception to completion. Ensure alignment with company objectives and timelines
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency. Foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships and ensure effective communication
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings. Ensure productive and efficient use of meeting time
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
