Chief of Staff to Chief Marketing Officer

Join Sword Health as we seek a Chief of Staff to lead our overall marketing operations, ensuring the production and execution of marketing projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects and teams
• Understanding of creative quality and premium brand management
• Proven track record of defining and implementing successful processes
• Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership qualities, especially for leading and coordinating peers and their teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production and execution of marketing projects from inception to completion
• Define and refine marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale marketing projects
• Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing projects support overall business goals and product launches
• Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to Sword Health’s standards and deadlines
• Assist the CMO in strategic decision-making processes, providing insightful analysis, preparing reports, and contributing to the development of long-term marketing strategies
• Facilitate effective communication within the marketing team and across other departments
• Support the CMO in leading the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
