Requirements

  • Professional experience in operations, strategic management, and/or project management
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, background in communications or marketing a plus
  • Adept at understanding, translating, and triaging competing priorities from a wide variety of stakeholders to drive optimal outcomes
  • Comfort with creating actionable steps and driving resolution in highly ambiguous situations
  • Strong detail orientation, with the ability to proactively problem solve, identify areas of improvement or automation, and ensure all information is captured
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a professional and friendly manner to all LTSE employees, leadership, and board members, as well as critical LTSE stakeholders (e.g. clients, candidates, investors)
  • Proactive mindset, willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities in order to improve the employee experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide prioritization, guidance, and support to the Exchange’s CEO and Chief Regulatory Officer around cross-organization communication, special projects, alignment, and operational processes
  • Liaise with marketing and communications leads on Exchange matters, ensuring proper review, triage, framing, and approval from relevant stakeholders
  • Liaise with the People team to optimize company resource utilization and advocate for additional staffing or resources on behalf of the Exchange
  • Assist in team-wide goal development, and facilitate short and long-term planning processes, working cross-functionally with team members to set and achieve measurable goals
  • Collaborate across the enterprise to report on Exchange deliverables’ status and impact
  • Create and maintain effective internal process to ensure transparent and smooth operations
  • Manage and support cross-team projects with tight deadlines, including assistance with regulatory and legal exam and audit response management, and document preservation
  • Advanced calendar management, including proactive re-prioritization as business and stakeholder needs change
  • Project manage meeting and document preparation, including collecting materials in advance, confirming attendance, and ensuring action items are completed
  • Act as primary coordinator for quarterly Exchange Board of Directors meetings by communicating with directors and stakeholders, and preparing written materials that identify key topics of discussion and important initiatives from across the organization
  • Triage and problem-solve complex, high priority cross-functional issues
  • Support the Regulatory team with SEC document preservation requirements
  • Strategize, organize, and support the Exchange CEO in executing effective team-wide meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience owning and completing corporate secretarial work
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment such as an SRO
