Requirements

  • 5โ€“10+ yearsโ€™ experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments (incl. strategy, top-tier law firm, investment banking, business operations, or Chief of Staff roles in a tech or high-growth environment)
  • Experience working at the C-Suite and board levels with a strong executive presence, influencing senior stakeholders and acting as the trusted proxy of the CEO
  • Experience in leading capital raising initiatives end-to-end
  • Experience in M&A evaluation, due diligence, and seamless post-merger integration
  • High-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution and an operatorโ€™s mindset
  • Proven cross-functional project leader with a focus on ownership, accountability, and outcomes
  • Analytical and data-driven, with excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills
  • Exceptional communicator with experience in high-growth tech, logistics or SaaS organisations

Responsibilities

  • Drive quarterly and annual business goals and metrics planning, and strategic reviews in partnership with the CEO
  • Lead M&A evaluation, due diligence, and post-merger integration across functions
  • Turn strategy into execution by managing high-impact initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Design scalable operating models and lead executive decision-making processes
  • Act as a trusted proxy for the CEO, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams
  • Create high-quality board materials and shape internal narratives to rally teams around key goals
  • Enable leadership effectiveness through structured forums, coaching support, and talent planning
