Responsibilities

• Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and project handoffs
• Facilitate collaboration among teams to drive project success
• Regularly update and maintain dashboards, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date
• Identify and rectify discrepancies in data across different platforms
• Oversee the functionality and accuracy of operational systems to support daily workflows
• Ensure templates, automations, and workflows are followed correctly
• Efficiently allocate resources, ensuring teams have the necessary tools to meet their objectives
• Review and assess the effectiveness of current tools
• Proactively assess risks, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward
• Address issues that arise during candidate placements and communication
• Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on placed candidates
• Collaborate with the account management team to identify opportunities for growth
