Summary

JFF is seeking an experienced COO to join their team during a period of growth and transformation. The COO will mentor and oversee diverse leaders across multiple departments, drive operational excellence, and help set JFF on a course for sustainable growth and impact. This role requires executive-level operations leadership experience in nonprofit organizations, with a passion for operational excellence and a proven track record in financial strategy management.

Requirements

• Executive-level operations leadership experience within nonprofit organizations
• Experience in education or workforce-related sectors or the private sector is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment and excellence in operations
• Lead financial, technical and governance decision making for complex or innovative institutional partnerships
• Ensure operational teams are delivering on their accountabilities at high levels of quality, responsiveness, accuracy, and initiative
• Develop and monitor the execution of JFF’s annual operating plan
• Serve as a key strategic partner and advisor to the CEO
• Ensure excellence in enterprise-level IT infrastructure, strategy, governance, and operation
• Drive structural and organizational change at scale
