Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong experience of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop
  • Demonstrate strong experience of Citrix Cloud Service
  • Demonstrate strong experience of Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM)
  • Demonstrate strong experience of Citrix ADC Load balancing
  • Demonstrate strong experience of VPN and gateway
  • Demonstrate strong experience of GSLB
  • Demonstrate strong experience of Image creation, management and optimisation (PVS, MCS)
  • Demonstrate strong experience of Microsoft Active Directory
  • Demonstrate strong experience of Azure Active Directory
  • Demonstrate strong experience of Microsoft Intune
  • Demonstrate strong experience of Azure infrastructure
  • Demonstrate strong experience of Azure Virtual Desktop

Responsibilities

  • Support global customers
  • Assist with day-to-day Citrix and Modern Desktop support tasks
  • Manage Customers Citrix environment health, configuration, patching, and image management
  • Mentor, support, and develop service desk team members
  • Work closely with our partners to deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Own and drive customer success
  • Team leadership and mentorship of junior engineers
  • Proactive Citrix environment health management
  • Patching of Citrix and Windows environment systems
  • Healthcheck, analysis and remediation
  • Design and implement solutions for clients
  • Documentation including support processes and procedures
  • Citrix image management
  • Building relationships with customers and partners
  • Manage clients in BAU and major incidents
  • Staying up to date with the fast-paced world of IT
  • Understanding and awareness of Service Management processes and tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of and experience with Citrix ADC nFactor
  • Good working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365
  • Good working knowledge of and experience with FSLogix
  • Good working knowledge of and experience with Nerdio
  • Good working knowledge of and experience with MFA (Azure, Okta, Duo)
  • Good working knowledge of and experience with ControlUp
  • Good working knowledge of and experience with Citrix Application Delivery Management
  • Good working knowledge of and experience with PowerShell, GitHub, Azure Devops
  • Good working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Management (SCCM)
  • ITIL certified
  • Relevant Microsoft and Citrix certified
