Summary

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in high-pressure environments
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with tenants, guests, and staff
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and extended hours during local Stadium/Arena events
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the parking facilities for extended periods
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds (e.g., signage or camera equipment)
  • Comfort working in various weather conditions, as some duties may be outdoors

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of parking facility operations, including event staffing, day to day maintenance, and customer service
  • Coordinate and execute parking operations during nearby events, managing high-volume traffic, directing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff, including attendants, parking enforcement, and maintenance personnel
  • Address tenant, public, and retail guest inquiries or complaints promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Oversee routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of the parking facilities. Coordinating with maintenance staff and third party vendors as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Adapt to a variable 40-hour workweek. Hours will adjust frequently based on Stadium/Arena events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • 3+ years of experience in parking management, facility operations, or a related field (preferred but not required)
