Summary
Join Resilience's claims team as a Cyber Claims Operations Analyst and streamline administrative processes, enhancing operational efficiency. Manage the intake and processing of cyber and tech E&O insurance claims, generate loss run reports, and maintain monthly claim bordereaux reports. Receive training to manage excess claims and oversee Claims Management Information (MI). Conduct research on cyber risk and insurance trends, informing thought leadership and risk management strategies. Support security engagement initiatives to maintain high data protection and risk mitigation standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, experience with Google Sheets/Excel, and effective communication skills.
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in an administrative or support position, preferably within the insurance or legal industry
- Demonstrated ability in handling sensitive information with discretion and adhering to all confidentiality guidelines
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with Google Sheets and or Excel, including use of formulas and filters
- Strong research capabilities and a natural curiosity to delve into industry trends and insights
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for presenting complex information in a clear and understandable manner
Responsibilities
- Manage the intake, acknowledgement, and initial processing of Cyber and Tech E&O insurance claims
- Generate loss run reports, and respond timely to loss run requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with maintaining and transmitting monthly claim bordereaux reports to various internal and external stakeholders
- Receive comprehensive training to adeptly manage excess Cyber and Tech E&O claims
- Assume a central role in the oversight of Claims Management Information (MI). This role demands a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to data management and analysis
- Engage in detailed research concerning cyber risk and cyber insurance trends. Your findings will inform our thought leadership efforts and guide our risk management strategies. This facet of the role is critical for staying ahead in a rapidly evolving cyber landscape
- Act as a key supporter of security engagement initiatives. Your involvement will help in reinforcing our commitment to maintaining high standards of data protection and risk mitigation, safeguarding our clients' interests
