Senior Data Analyst, Product Analytics

Join Omada Health's product analytics team as a Product Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term role (starting 7/1/25). You will be responsible for developing reports and data insights to support product development, partnering with various teams to improve member health outcomes. Leverage data from app engagement, clinical outcomes, and claims to identify and solve challenges across Omada's customer base. Key responsibilities include owning data architecture, delivering performance insights, developing dashboards, improving data quality, defining operational processes, and collaborating across teams. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of product/mobile analytics expertise (7+ years preferred), expert SQL skills, A/B testing experience, strong relational database design skills, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements
- At least 2+ years of deep expertise in product or mobile analytics, including user behavior analysis, ideally 7+ years of experience
- Expert SQL skills with strong experience in designing and developing
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical measurement
- Ability to analyze various data sets, and develop succinct key metrics
- Strong relational database design/development skills
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Track record of working on multiple projects under aggressive deadlines
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
Responsibilities
- Own the data architecture and data mapping required to support the growing product reporting needs
- Deliver key performance insights through regular and ad-hoc analysis to drive further investment and evolution of Omada programs
- Develop and support well-designed Amplitude and Tableau dashboards (or similar BI tools)
- Work closely with various data teams to improve data quality and standardize reporting
- Define operational processes and support system enhancements that drive analytics and reporting support at scale
- Collaborate across multiple teams including analytics, data science, data engineering and architecture, clinical, and product
- Explore and integrate applications of AI into product analytics use cases
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional coding languages (Python or R)
- Advanced experience in data visualization
- Background in healthcare and experience with PHI
- Knowledge of population health metrics
