Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment or a customer facing role where strong communication, time management, attention to detail, and efficient handling were essential to success
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in high-growth fast paced environments
• Strong collaborator with team members based across multiple teams and organizations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing to work 9am - 6pm EST

Responsibilities

• Accept inbound calls and/or emails from agents, brokers and insureds reporting new losses
• Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into our claims management system
• Provide high level claim insights for losses previously reported, such as claim number, the name of the handling adjuster and their phone number and/or email address
• Handle special projects or additional duties assigned related to your role as an individual contributor of the claims organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial Insurance background a plus
• Strong property and casualty exposure in auto preferred
