Requirements

• Experience as an evaluator of insurance liquidations
• Knowledge in health insurance associated with the dental sector
• Experience working in a technology company

Responsibilities

• Evaluate dental costs based on the criteria of each Company and Policy, determining the correspondence or not of the coverage
• Resolve errors in evaluation, based on the needs of each company
• Request information from the insured directly from dental centers to evaluate costs correctly
• Resolve inquiries about payments, by maintaining quick and close contact with clients
• Homologate codes of services between dental centers and internal use
• Coordinate appointments between the patient and a Dental Controller, in case of doubts about costs
• Process and classify documents, through a labeling system
• Complete information of the providers such as name, address, etc
• In case of necessity, be on site at Insurance Companies, adapting to their own systems
