Summary

The job is a contract role for a ClickUp Expert to install, configure, and customize ClickUp for a recruitment agency. The employee will work closely with the team, plan and execute installation, create workflows, train team members, and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in installing, configuring, and customizing ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to understand and map business processes to ClickUp workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our team to understand our recruitment processes and requirements
  • Plan and execute the installation and set up of ClickUp for our agency
  • Customize ClickUp by creating workflows, templates, forms, and integrations to streamline our recruitment operations
  • Train our team members on how to effectively use ClickUp for project management and collaboration
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise with ClickUp

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a recruitment agency or similar HR environment is preferred
