Summary

The job is for a Junior Operations Specialist to join the marketing team of Laba Group, an EdTech company expanding across Europe. Duties include data analysis, process improvement, and task management using tools like Asana and Notion. Responsibilities

• Gather, structure, and analyze information regarding operational processes in the marketing team
• Participate in developing potential improvements for current processes and procedures within the team
• Develop and implement changes for various processes, as well as support these processes
• Control and maintain the accuracy of the marketing team's knowledge base
• Control metrics, generate reports, develop instructions, and set tasks in Asana

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of business process description methodologies (RACI, BPMN, flowcharts)
• Experience working with task trackers (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, etc.)
• Experience working with tools for centralizing information (Coda, Notion, etc.)
