Summary

Join Wishpond Technologies as a Client Account Director and lead a team of up to 8 Client Account Managers, overseeing 100+ active accounts. This fully remote position requires strong digital marketing expertise to develop comprehensive marketing plans, set online strategies and KPIs, and investigate competitor campaigns. You will utilize all tools and channels, including emails, analytics, social and paid media, and coach your team to ensure client success. Exceptional leadership, communication, and time management skills are essential. Requirements

  • Provide your own workstation, computer, and headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection
  • Be prepared to work standard business hours on Pacific Time
  • Provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process

Responsibilities

  • Utilize strong Digital Marketing and Wishpond knowledge to develop comprehensive marketing plans for clients
  • Set online marketing strategies and KPIS that utilize all tools and channels, including emails, analytics, social and paid media
  • Investigate client’s competitor campaigns and understand best practices to inform online marketing benchmarks
  • Identify opportunities to use digital technology to enhance the overall marketing strategy and performance
  • Recognize which digital marketing communication tools will be most effective in portraying a unique value proposition for your client
  • Assess campaign performance and coach Client Account Managers to ensure constant success
  • Strong team & relationship building skills; ability to build a cohesive and engaged team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage conflict (identify conflict and have foresight on how to resolve it)

  • Ability to lead under pressure and respond to changing work situations
  • Outstanding communication skills (ability to convey information effectively)
