Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end closing
  • QuickBooks Online experience required; certification preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Bill.com, Expensify, and other cloud-based tools
  • Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional accounting support, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial statement preparation, data analysis, and payroll/HR
  • Identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial health
  • Stay current with industry trends and new technologies
  • Work closely with your manager and peers to cross-train, balance workloads, and meet deadlines
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to foster innovation and growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Sage Intacct is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and industries
  • Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Process-oriented mindset with a commitment to confidentiality
