Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end closing
- QuickBooks Online experience required; certification preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Bill.com, Expensify, and other cloud-based tools
- Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet
- Bilingual - English/Spanish
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional accounting support, ensuring client satisfaction
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial statement preparation, data analysis, and payroll/HR
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial health
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies
- Work closely with your manager and peers to cross-train, balance workloads, and meet deadlines
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to foster innovation and growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Sage Intacct is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and industries
- Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal)
- Process-oriented mindset with a commitment to confidentiality
