You will proactively manage accounts, consult on internal processes, lead business reviews, and develop sales pipelines. The goal is to meet or exceed revenue quotas and enhance client satisfaction. Reporting to the Team Lead of Sales, this position is crucial for sustainable revenue growth and reinforcing Deel's commitment to client value. Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in account management or business development targeting small and medium-sized businesses
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration
- Experience in understanding client needs and effectively proposing tailored solutions to meet those needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging and influencing clients at all levels
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis to track account performance and identify growth opportunities
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring client satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including customer success, marketing, and sales support
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate revenue through upselling and cross-sell to existing customers
- Proactively own and manage a book of accounts, including decision-maker relationships
- Consult existing clients on their internal process to drive change and expand the use of Deel's product offerings
- Lead business reviews, execute on plans to deliver maximum revenue potential, increase renewal rates
- Develop, manage, and forecast a sales pipeline through regular engagement, outreach, and partnership with customer success
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue quota
