Summary

Join Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment as a Client Acquisition and Business Development Lead and play a key role in expanding the company's client base by offering manufacturing and packaging services to external companies. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and generating new client accounts for contract manufacturing services. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for business development who is excited to contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly expanding manufacturing company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the manufacturing, packaging, or dietary supplement industries
  • Proven track record of generating new business and securing contracts in a competitive market
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about growing a business from the ground up
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities for Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment’s contract manufacturing and packaging services
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients in various industries, including dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, and other consumer goods sectors
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our service offerings beyond our own brands
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to introduce Pronto’s capabilities and services
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and R&D) to tailor solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients to secure long-term business relationships
  • Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure our services remain competitive and compliant
  • Represent Pronto at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and build brand awareness
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, opportunities, and market insights
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and content to support business development efforts
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the manufacturing and packaging industries is highly desirable, though not required
