Join the dynamic Sales team at Regate, a Qonto business unit, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to revolutionize financial management for certified accountants. Collaborate with Account Executives to fuel growth by increasing the footprint within the French certified accountant market. As an SDR, you will engage in proactive lead generation, collaborate with Account Executives for seamless lead transitions, utilize networking skills, innovate and share successful strategies, schedule sales demos, and mentor new team members.   • Keen interest in financial services and a desire to deeply understand customer needs
  • Ambitious and career-driven, with a clear vision of progressing to account management roles
  • Resilient and proactive in lead generation, with a passion for sales and overcoming challenges
  • Quick learner, eager to become an expert in our platform and services
  • Excellent networking and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships within the industry
  • Excellent command of French (oral and written) and fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Engage in proactive lead generation through phoning and emailing to book demos with certified accountants
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of leads, focusing on high conversion rates
  • Utilize networking skills within the industry to expand our reach and identify new opportunities
  • Innovate and share successful strategies for client acquisition and team improvement
  • Schedule high-impact sales demos with potential clients
  • Mentor and provide guidance to new team members, enhancing team performance

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally coming from a business school background, with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
