Requirements
- Previous experience in client relations and project management, preferably in a graphic design or creative agency setting
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and collaborate with the design team
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for design aesthetics
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing client expectations and delivering projects that meet their requirements
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service
Responsibilities
- Oversee the lifecycle of all client orders on selling platforms we use, from initial order intake to final delivery
- Ensure orders are processed and assigned to the appropriate team members (designers, writers, etc.)
- Monitor project timelines and ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and keep them informed about the progress of their orders
- Handle customer revision requests efficiently and accurately
- Ensure revisions are processed quickly and meet the quality standards
- Review revisions before they are sent to the client, ensuring high-quality results
- Maintain a structured process for revisions to avoid errors and delays
- Conduct quality checks on all completed work (designs, resumes, etc.) before final delivery to ensure they meet customer expectations
- Ensure all work delivered aligns with client instructions, brand standards, and guidelines
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and revision requests in a timely and professional manner
- Manage customer expectations, especially in cases where urgent requests or tight deadlines arise
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure high-quality output
- Provide feedback to team members based on client feedback and revisions
