Client Engagement Equities Specialist

Summary

Join Kraken as a fully remote Client Engagement Equities Specialist and be the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding the equities platform. This ground-floor opportunity involves assisting clients with equities trading and investing, while also receiving training on crypto-related products. You will report to a specialized team supporting various trading products and collaborate with leadership possessing extensive equities experience. Responsibilities include answering client questions via email, live chat, and potentially phone, providing platform feedback, maintaining professional communication, assisting in team management, and providing calculation breakdowns for clients. Kraken is a fully remote company with a global presence and a commitment to crypto education and client support.

Requirements

• Excellent computer literacy and ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms
• Fluent in English
• Passed the SIE, active FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses
• Knowledge and experience using at least one equities platform
• Must work North American hours and able to work flexible hours
• Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) while utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Responsibilities

• Answer clients’ equity related questions via email, live chat and possibly phone
• Provide testing and feedback for new platform features before they are released to clients
• Maintain professional communications both internally and externally
• Assist in the management of our support team - some examples of these responsibilities include QA for other specialists, improving training materials, updating internal and external support documentation
• Providing calculation breakdowns for clients questions regarding fees, P/Ls on trades, helping clients understand execution prices etc
• Provide product feedback/report bugs to product and/or engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Worked in a professional remote environment before
• Experience with Google Sheets and Google Script
• Experience with our or other similar platforms API
• Language ability (in addition to English)
• Other data analytic skills/experience
