Summary
Join AudioEye as a Client Growth professional and drive revenue expansion within our existing client base. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry
- Experience in account management, upselling, or cross-selling within a B2B environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a high level of accountability and self-motivation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Account Management Team to understand client needs, expansion opportunities, and account health indicators
- Implement tailored upsell and cross-sell strategies to increase the value of existing client accounts
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify potential upsell opportunities and leverage these insights in sales conversations
- Initiate and maintain regular communication with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and align solutions to meet those requirements
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust in our services
- Propose additional services, products, or upgrades that meet the identified needs and deliver enhanced value to the client
- Manage a robust sales pipeline by effectively tracking, recording, and analyzing client interactions and progress
- Use CRM tools and other software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and opportunities
- Collaborate with the Account Managers to share insights, client feedback, and overall trends to refine the upsell strategy
- Provide regular reports on upsell performance, trends, and achieved results
