Requirements

  • 10+ years of selling, managing, and servicing clients, with a focus on the healthcare space
  • Management Consultant experience required
  • A demonstrated track record of account retention & expansion success
  • Strong relationship development and organization navigation skills including experience identifying and engaging key decision partners with success
  • Demonstrated success in developing client relationships including growing revenues and retaining clients
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to overcome objections and achieve a win-win deal
  • Attention to detail in everything from relationship strategy to tailoring the pitch through to contract negotiations
  • Ability to travel (approximately 50%)
  • Desire to build an organization from the ground up

Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively build the retention & expansion strategy for Hello Heart
  • Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the employer & public sectors
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers including clinical, product, network, sales, and innovation; influence virtual care strategies to best position Hello Heart for long-term success
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives, ensuring a competitive edge in the market; influence health plan virtual care strategies to best position your book of business for long-term success
  • Responsible for overall revenue retention year over year to 95% or better
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic opportunity management, new business development, and successful negotiation of contracts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs
  • Stay abreast of industry changes, regulatory updates, and emerging trends within the health plan landscape; bring market feedback to the Hello Heart team to improve product/market fit
  • Drive renewals including the skills to negotiate appropriate renewal rates and terms
  • Partner with the consultant relationships team to manage all consultant relationships on existing clients to remove barriers and demonstrate Hello Heart value
