Responsibilities

  • Coach and Develop Talent: You'll regularly listen to sales calls, providing constructive feedback and identifying key coaching opportunities for individual sales representatives. Your exceptional sales acumen will serve as a model for the team, and you'll be adept at translating your expertise into actionable insights for others
  • Drive Performance Through Data: You'll be a data-driven leader, using sales metrics and analytics to understand performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize our sales strategies and training initiatives
  • Create and Deliver Impactful Training: You'll design and develop comprehensive sales training materials, delivering engaging and effective presentations that equip our team with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. This includes onboarding new hires and ongoing professional development
  • Foster a Culture of Excellence: Your strong sense of urgency and unwavering reliability will set the tone for the team, motivating them to achieve ambitious goals
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: You'll contribute to the development of overall sales strategy, aligning team goals with company objectives
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: You'll be involved in the recruitment and onboarding process for new sales representatives, participating in interviews and helping to identify top talent
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with broader company initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Manager within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and LLM tools
