Join Symplicity as a Client & Implementation Manager and partner with corporate clients, primarily Fortune 1000 companies, throughout the lifecycle of their Symplicity solutions implementation. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your solution expertise and analytical skills to address client challenges. This role demands strong communication and problem-solving abilities, working closely with internal teams to ensure high-performance and client satisfaction. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong technical skills, with a focus on the higher education space. Symplicity is a market leader in employability solutions, serving over 30 million students worldwide. Employment is contingent upon a successful background check.

Responsibilities
- Partner with clients through the lifecycle supporting implementation, ongoing success and continued expansion of their use of Symplicity solutions
- Focus on the corporate clients of our business specifically the Fortune 1000 and beyond customer base
- Maintain strong business and analytical skills to unpack various client challenges and act as their trusted advisor in the implementation of these projects
- Work closely across functional areas to ensure that that our team is responding to client challenges and performing at the highest possible levels
