Summary
Join Cedar as a Director of Client Management and become the face of the company to its clients. Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, drive strategies for partnership expansion, and collaborate with internal teams to execute client strategies. Responsibilities include building strategic relationships with existing clients, owning the strategy for achieving commercial goals, identifying and executing partnership expansion opportunities, serving as an escalation point for client needs, leading business review meetings, creating client champions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or consulting, a proven track record of building VP-level and above relationships with health system partners, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in account management, sales, business development and/or consulting
- Proven track record of building VP-level and above relationships with health system partners
- Experience securing contract renewals and/or expansions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and strong interest in the healthcare tech industry
- Ability to go deep to understand and speak to product capabilities
- Demonstrates a self-starter mentality
- Experience working with several internal stakeholders across departments such as product, engineering, and marketing
Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with existing clients at the executive level
- Own the strategy around executing against commercial goals as it relates to your clients
- Identify and execute on partnership expansion opportunities including new products and rolling out Cedar more broadly across an organization
- Serve as an escalation point externally and internally for client needs
- Prepare for and lead regular business review meetings with client stakeholders to discuss performance metrics and highlight opportunity areas
- Create client champions that become Cedar evangelists
- Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to ensure our clients are set up for success

- Salary Range*: $110,900 - $145,000
- This role is also bonus and equity eligible
