Summary

Join our team as Client Operations Director at Vee Healthtek, where you will oversee Statements of Work across all lines of healthcare services and serve as main client contact on strategic integration and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Available to travel up to 60% or more (near a major airport preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 4+ years of proven experience in healthcare and/or healthcare IT
  • Track record of building trusting internal and external relationships
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverables
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily
  • Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product
  • Comfortable with working in a global and multi-cultural environment
  • Must be a US Permanent resident

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Statements of Work across all lines of healthcare services
  • Serve as main client contact on strategic integration and expansion opportunities, maintaining strategic focus on client satisfaction and value-added strategies
  • Demonstrate the ability to proactively identify client needs related to healthcare trends
  • Identify processes to improve overall performance and identifies innovative solutions which integrate our solutions
  • Strategically identify and solve complex problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive approaches utilizing internal support
  • Identify and request participation from corporate departments in strategic meetings as client needs dictate
  • Own client/site meetings, committees, and task forces to support strategic initiatives and goals
  • Operational lead on implementations and post-go-live activities
  • Coordinate and productively facilitate communication across virtual sites and effectively navigate through multilayer client relationships
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage complex multiple lines of service and clients
  • Provide effective leadership and coaching at the site level
  • Participate in sales process
  • Escalation contact for clients
  • May be asked to complete ad hoc projects
