Summary

You will manage client onboarding, data entry, payroll, reporting, and access permissions. Requirements

  • Experience managing high volumes of contingent workers, as part of a large2+ organization or managed service provider

  • Comfortable working with VMS, HRIS, and other workforce management systems platforms

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of your clients' HR and payroll processes to align Deel’s processes with theirs
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders from front-line to leadership
  • Advise clients on global hiring trends, process improvements, and other areas of opportunity to improve their global workforce experience
  • Collect and enter worker data and form and onboard onto Deel’s platform and clients' VMS
  • Invite workers to the Deel platform and provide hands-on onboarding support
  • Initiate and manage background checks, equipment orders, and mobility requests
  • Manage changes to employee agreements, PTO, expenses, and work submissions
  • Complete any necessary data entry into clients' systems, particularly VMS
  • Make any changes to payroll
  • Align with customers' requirements for funding payroll in multiple currencies
  • Establish a process that aligns with their AP requirements
  • Provide clients with standard and custom reports on a bi-weekly or monthly basis
  • Collaborate with the data team to build reports that provide the customer with unique insights into their business
  • Set and maintain approval policies for expenses, time tracking, PTO, etc
  • Maintain clean employee data to ensure high-quality workflows and reporting
  • Manage roles and access permissions within the Deel platform
