Summary

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical insurance claims billing and collection
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets
Strong background in customer service
Experience in tracking and analyzing relevant KPIs
Proficient in Google for Business, MS Office, Excel and Word
A customer success-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders among our client base
Develop comprehensive plans tailored to each client's unique business objectives and revenue generation goals
Provide strategic guidance and consultation to clients
Proactively schedule and facilitate regular cadence meetings with clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and escalations
Monitor and enforce adherence to contractual agreements and terms by both Prompt and clients
Conduct thorough analysis of client data and performance metrics on a regular basis
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with clients
Foster seamless collaboration and communication with internal departments
